Peter and Blue have had lots of wonderful adventures. They have explored the forest, taken a trip around the world, celebrated a birthday party and discovered lots of new friends on a school holiday. Now, his teacher, Mr. Timothy, has decided to create a treasure hunt and has a list of things for Peter and his friends, the Blueberry Boys and Apple Blossom Girls to find. Peter is asking several of his friends to come with him to the botanical gardens, the zoo, the beach and a few other iconic landmarks to hunt for the treasures on their list. Not all of them will be easy to locate so Peter will have to call on the help of all of his friends if his quest is going to be successful.

Join Peter and his friends on this heartwarming new adventure, brought to life with colourful characters, lively dancing, and delightful storytelling perfect for young audiences. Packed with humour, imagination, and moments of pure wonder, Peter & Blue’s Treasure Hunt is an enchanting introduction to ballet and a joyful experience the whole family will cherish. Don’t miss the chance to discover the magic together at the theatre!

“Experiencing the arts can never start too early, and an appreciation of movement, music and spectacle can lead us into wonderful realms of possibility”

Meet & Greet & More

After the performance, families can look forward to a special meet‑and‑greet with the characters—an unforgettable moment for little fans. Children can also enjoy on‑site activities, including a Peter & Blue colouring sheet and our popular Pointe Shoe Workshop. First launched at Ballet Under the Stars 2025 and back by popular demand, this workshop gives brand‑new but not‑suitable‑for‑use pointe shoes a second life. Kids can decorate them with their own designs, colours, and stamps—and many who tried it once came back for more! Created in partnership with Art‑Zoo, this hands‑on experience is a delightful keepsake-making moment not to be missed.
