Experience the magic of ballet brought to life with live orchestral music as Singapore Ballet presents Ravel Vignettes, choreographed by Singapore Ballet dancers Timothy Ng, Jessica Garside and Shan Del Vecchio to Maurice Ravel’s Mother Goose (Complete Ballet), alongside Choo-San Goh’s Schubert Symphony No. 2. Accompanied by the Singapore National Youth Orchestra, our dancers transform the stage with their grace and energy, creating an enchanting celebration of music and movement that will captivate audiences of all ages.

Synopsis
The Singapore Ballet joins the Singapore National Youth Orchestra to present Schubert Symphony No. 2, choreographed by the legendary Choo-San Goh, and Ravel’s enchanting Mother Goose (Ma mère l’Oye) with its scenes from Sleeping Beauty, Beauty and the Beast, Little Tom Thumb and more. Under the baton of their Music Director Joshua Tan, the SNYO opens the evening with Brahms’s Academic Festival Overture, so named as a tribute to the University of Breslau for honouring him with a doctorate in music in 1881.
