SCHOLARS MASTERCLASS on Stage

Back by popular demand! Join us for the second edition of Scholars Masterclass on Stage, this time round with Timothy Harbour, an Australian choreographer whose choreography has received multiple awards and been praised by critics and audiences around the world.

Talented, charismatic, and incredibly fun by nature, Tim was a Resident Choreographer with The Australian Ballet from 2014 to 2021, during which he created two ballets for Singapore Ballet (formerly Singapore Dance Theatre); Another Energy and Linea Adora.

Limited to 30 attendees, sign up early to join Singapore Ballet’s Scholars Masterclass on Stage with Timothy Harbour, and get to watch the company class and stage rehearsal before the performance of Passages 2022 on Friday, 11 Nov 2022.

The Masterclass is equivalent to RAD’s Intermediate – Advanced levels, and it is open to student dancers between the ages 14 to 19.

Join us on the exquisite stage of the Esplanade Theatre, as we bring to you a Masterclass unlike any other. Taught by British choreographer and artistic leader of Danish Dance Theatre, Tim Rushton, experience what it’s like to dance beneath the dazzling lights of the Esplanade Theatre, while learning under the careful and joyful guidance of Tim.

Limited to 35 attendees, sign up early to join Singapore Ballet’s first-ever Scholars Masterclass on Stage, and get to watch the company class (2pm-3.15pm) and stage rehearsal (3.30pm-4.45pm) before the Masterpiece in Motion performance (8pm-10.30pm) on Friday, 29 July 2022.
