Born and raised in Malaysia, Alisha began her ballet journey under the guidance of her mother at Sandance Ballet Studio. She completed all of her Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) examinations by the age of 15, earning distinctions at every level.

Over the years, Alisha has competed extensively, winning numerous awards and receiving scholarships to prestigious institutions such as the Rambert School, Kirov Academy, and Soki Ballet International. Following her win at the 2025 IBGP Competition in Malaysia, Alisha was awarded a scholarship by Artistic Director Janek Schergen to join the Singapore Ballet Scholars Programme.

Alisha joined Singapore Ballet as an Apprentice in July 2026.
